Our pricing and therapy policies are always transparent for the courtesy of our clients

This office will remain cash pay only and is not contracted with any insurance companies.

Appointment Policy

Office visits are scheduled for specific dates and times.

Regular sessions can be scheduled for: 53, 60, or 120 minutes.

3-hour intensive sessions are also available

It is important that the sessions begin and end on time.

If you arrive past your allotted time it will be deducted from the total time of the session. For example, if you have a 60 minute appointment scheduled and arrive 10 minutes late, your appointment will be a total of 50 minutes.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a charge for this time. If you are ill or have another emergency please notify the office as soon as possible.

In-Person & Telehealth Prices

53-minute session: $170

1-hour session: $192

2-hour session: $384

3-hour intensive session: $600

*Initial intake session required prior to completing an intensive session.

Fees are subject to change; however, our office will do the best we can to keep patients informed of our most current fees, and any upcoming fee changes.

Miscellaneous Service Fees

  • Urgent 15-minute Phone Appointment during business hours: $50

    • *Please call or email as this cannot be scheduled through the portal

  • Emails regarding clinical care requiring more than 5 minutes of time: $2 per minute starting after the first 5 minutes.

    • For example, if a client emails and this requires multiple responses that take up more than 5 minutes of total time, client will be charged after 5 minutes.

    • Instead, we recommend scheduling an urgent phone appointment, or for less urgent issues, waiting until your next appointment to discuss your concerns.

    • Note: This does not include email requests for new patients or appointments.

  • Documentation: $50

  • Superbills: Living Waters Counseling provides Superbills to enable our clients to submit claims for out-of-network benefits reimbursement per their insurance coverage.

    • There is no cost associated with requesting and provision of Superbills.
